The cell service is spotty, so difficult to complete mobile pickup. Also had a lockbox on the U-Haul but no marked spot to leave the lockbox upon pickup. The furniture pads I rented were not in the truck and there were no other nearby U-Haul locations I could get furniture pads from, and no where I could purchase furniture pads/moving blankets on such short notice
