How U-Haul Reviews WorkWhile you require clean vehicles when returning, the truck we received had small piles of potting soil in back. Easy enough to sweep out which we did, but it felt a bit one sided.
Evelyn WOur UHaul at pickup was filthy. Full of broken glass and trash. Also had a lot of sticky substances on the floor. We had to sweep and mop before we could even load up our items.
