On the 20 foot U-Haul that we had the lock on the back from the chain was way too hard to open. We had to use special tools just to get it open so we could lock and unlock the unit. One of the guys there sounded surprised and he said he would take care of her right away, so it was very helpful.

It was perfect truck for our needs and staff was understanding when I brought it back two hours late. However, I think squeezing me for an additional $10 for gas when the needle showed it was a hair low which was likely due to the slope the truck was parked on was a bit much.
John SI believe at a minimum, there should be at least a quarter tank in any vehicle you supply to someone else. The vehicle I picked up had between Empty and 1/4 tank thereby forcing me to immediately go fill the tank before I could use your van at all. This is a major inconvenience.
Don GThe owner or manager, not sure which but he seems to be the boss, is always grumpy. The uhaul rentals is a new add on to his existing ag business and I get the feeling he hates dealing with the uhaul customers.
