Staff was friendly and efficient. The truck I rented was in great condition. Next time I need a U-Haul in this area, I will contact Auburn Tire Center first. I also want to add that I had originally attempted to rent from AG Naturals twice in the past week, and both times they failed to produce a vehicle even though I had made reservations, and the staff acted like they could not care less. The Auburn Tire Center is a few miles farther from my house than AG Naturals, but worth the extra few bucks to actually have a location that was professional, friendly, and actually had the vehicle available that I reserved.

Jay KI was told to deliver my truck to a different location thanI picked it up from as a favor to U-Haul and then they charge me for the difference in miles. I think that’s unfair.
