JODY PThe rental was not cleaned before I picked it up. I was charged a cleaning fee despite returning in the same condition I picked it up in. Arguing over a $25 charge is not high on my priorities. Location staff were friendly and easy to work with.
Davis HCorey was such an amazing help with setting up the U-Haul reservation and even going out her way to make sure we were happy with everything before we left. Truck was really clean inside as well!
