The office smelled like a dumpster and the service was slow. The truck was parked in a difficult spot and made it difficult to back out safely. The truck itself was barely operational and likely a safety hazard on the road. I used it to pick up/drop off ONE item even though I had intended to use it for the day but decided it would be safer and wiser to just take several loads in my car instead. I can't believe UHAUL allows these people to operate a branch! Goodness.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkGreat service thanks so much
FRANCISCO GGreat spot. Easy in and out and friendly staff.
David JI was unable to bavk the trailer into the lot so parked around the corner. The manager was very nice and unhooked the trailer and put it where he wanted it parked. Very pleasant interaction. I will return there if/when I need to rent again.
Kathleen CCorey was wonderful to work with. Made the process easy
