It wasn't the location that made it a frustrating and bad experience but the inept technology side of it. The app had several things that did not work properly There was no communication between customer service and the location of necessary requests, and the return location I selected was confirmed through an email though Uhauls records showed evidently showed that I was supposed to return to a different location as I found out 2 days after I returned the trailer to the original location and was contacted by the changed location looking for me to return the trailer.

MATTHEW DBetter sync between online and in person information. Online it said the truck could only be reserved for one day and be guaranteed. I returned the truck on Sunday morning and the place is closed Sunday. So nobody else could have rented the truck on Sunday and I could have had it for 2 days
