DAVID B1. Had to pick up truck from an alternate, out of the way location, costing me almost $30 in extra mileage fees 2. Gas tank was not full. Drove 16 miles and topped up tank - 5.4 gallons. Previous customer shorted fill-up by about 4 gallons. 3. Found out at fill-up that the dolly and extra blankets I had ordered had not been placed in the truck ahead of time. Owner suggested a 32 mile round trip to come back and get them - would have cost another $38 to do so 4. Truck had not been swept out 5. Only 1 of 6 complimentary blankets were in the pouch in the back 6. Pouch had someone else garbage bags and a pack of cigarettes in it 7. Truck had a rhythmic grinding noise while in motion - possible bad bearing The other two U-Haul experiences this past couple weeks of moving locally had been excellent. This one was not.
JEFFREY LGerald was very excellent in his customer service and went above and beyond making sure I was taken care of.
