First the truck I was yo get from original location broke down never got a call. Had to then go to another location. Movers were a no call no show had to find others last minute and pay double. I won't ever use uhaul again....Kim S.

I offered to do all the leasing data prior to the Sunday pick-up but was denied; instead I had to have my Ph.D niece with 2 cellphones do the check in/out with some distant operator costing me 2 trips to the dealership and over an hour of wasted time. Great customer service at this site. I was unhappy that I couldn't call this site directly from the number on the website. Even though it appeared to be a local number, it went to someone at U-Haul corporate I guess. I needed to know if they had the ball I needed and wanted to be sure it was available before renting. The "corporate" rep said it was a very common item and that it would be in stock. When I got there, they didn't have them - backordered for some time. I then had to go elsewhere to get the ball then come back to the site. Exactly what I wanted to avoid. Irritating, right? The ability to make a direct phone call to the site beforehand would have remedied this.Gary N.

I was told upon pick up that they did not have the equipment I had reserved several weeks in advance. Made for a difficult move not having the proper equipment I reserved. No attempt was made to contact me regarding the fact that the location did not have the dolly nor did they attempt secure one prior to my arrival. Otherwise, decent location and staff.Greg R.

clean it for one inside and out, it took 20 min. to pump the gas because it kept clicking off like it was full, but it wasn't full I had to barley squeeze the nozzle, I have arthritis, and this was a difficult feat Kevin was very friendly and helpful.Cindy K.

I reserved a trailer and an appliance dolly on the website for the next morning and when I arrived I was informed that location did not have any appliance dolly's available. This has happened to me 2-3 times over the last couple years. It is extremely annoying and frustrating the website allows equipment to be reserved when it's not available. Very poor system that I have to believe is costing Uhaul customers. I know I am going to think long and hard about who to use the next time I need to rent. The manager was apologetic and let me use a smaller dolly which I made work but made moving more difficult.!Phil P.

I've never had a bad interaction with any uhaul location I've been to, but this was by far the easiest and overall best experience I've had yet. I needed a motorcycle trailer to get out of a stressful situation and Kieth truly helped make it as easy and smooth as it could've gone! 10/10!KYLE R.

The Uhaul representative that helped us, Keith, was so kind and flexible! He helped us hook on to the Uhaul trailer and made sure the lights worked. When the lights didn't work, he just so happened to have a tester on hand, and set it up to find the problem. We found out it was a blown fuse on my vehicle, and Keith gave us a spare that he just so happened to have on hand - again! So grateful that Keith was so kind and helped us get on the road quickly. Couldn't have had a better experience!Tia A.

Your people should not bring there own troubles to work with them! I felt like I was going to be assaulted. As far as checking in equipment back after hours-my phone would not share location so I just dropped keys into box, then worked with my phone. At that point it took quite a while to do what was required of me. I've done what I think is a lot of business with Uhaul and was very disappointed with this one!ROLLAND N.

The representative never left the desk to go over the equipment and familiarize me with the vehicle or the checkout process. Down the road, I found that the vehicle's front wheels shimmied when braking over 40 MPH (a SAFETY issue), indicating the vehicle was not well maintained.Wayne S.

Additional equipment requested was not available. I had asked for a utility dolly 2 furniture dollie's in the reservation system but the location did not have them. We were given an appliance dolly, which really didn't help us much.James K.
I reserved a pickup truck. It was in the yard but agent could not find keys. He offered a 10' box van that he said would be same price. I was charged more for the insurance. Was this a bate and switch? Also seem to be lots of extra fees for "environmental", "state road safety program". Are prorated based on your actual costs?Bruce W.
