The guy didn't seem too friendly when picking up the truck. After I finished with the truck, I cleaned it up and filled it with appropriate fuel. The next day they charged me $22 to put 5 gallons in. I called customer service and they refunded it.SHERYL K.

Was not impressed with the attitude of the gentleman at the desk. He was very snarky and just had an attitude. Also I selected no damage coverage and he took advantage of the fact we were in a hurry and tacked it on even though I didn't ask for it. Pick went fine, guy was helpful and nice. Did not wear a mask though, not even inside. Drop off after hours- did not leave any way to get the trailer off. Very, very heavy- had a hard time getting it off my truck and hurt my shoulder.MARK W.
The strap ratchets needed oiling desperately. The tongue jack didn't work when I returned the trailer and we had to lift it off the hitch. One tire was also low when I picked it up. I had to air it up myself as I didn't notice it until I got home with it.SAMUEL O.

We dropped off the truck after hours and the experience, from a tech perspective was great. And that is literally what my company does so take that as VERY high praise. The lot was a little tight for 26 foot truck with a dolly, but my son used to be a commercial truck driver and he made parking the truck look easy. All in all this seems like a good location. But I have to give them average because of the small lot.Brian R.

At the time on pick up the online check out was not working and the business was closed. There was no one there to assist. The truck was dirty inside from the previous rental. The appliance dolly and the furniture blankets were not in the truck. I had to go to a different location to pick up the other items I had requested. Had to go through all of the contract crap on for the truck on the telephone in 8 degree weather when the vehicle had already been paid for. I am not sure if this is normal or not. The rear tires on the truck were nearly worn out.Lance H.
It was very political inside and not considerate of the pandemic. Restrictions were only one in he office, but the worker did not wear a mask. They were very rude and were not helpful. I plan on never returning there.TOM W.

The guy at the front desk was very rude and had a terrible attitude. We had a reservation pick up time of 4:45pm, he started to help another customer that didn't have a reservation and told us that he was not going to be able to help us because he had to leave at 5:00pm. Then comes right back out and tell us that the other customer's credit card declined so he could help us if the transaction took less than 10 minutes. If they can't provide proper customer service they should not offer the 4:45pm reservation.Elizabeth V.

It was frustrating to have no definite drop off site until several hours after I had picked up my vehicle. My confirmation couldn't not give me a drop off location, calling online support twice could not give me a drop off location, and when I picked it up they could not tell me where I would be allowed to drop it off. I do not thinks this reflects this location but the scheduling process. I needed to know where I would be able to drop off the Uhaul to be able to plan and get back to my car and people were telling me I might have to drop it off in places that were 30min to an hour away. This would be a helpful thing to change about your booking process.Carol B.
I reserved a furniture dolly. It was missing when I picked up the truck. I called the emergency phone number listed on the U Haul office door, the person answered the phone was rude and refused to help. I spent an hour and half on the phone with U Haul with no luck solving the problem.Lei W.

Gentleman that runs this location very helpful and genuinely friendly! After hours Uhaul return website NOT working! Frustration very high with your web based return! Son had to download your app in order to make the return work, your after hours site has never worked in the three times I've rented through Uhaul. Terra West Uhaul works great, Uhaul after hours contract return, NOT good!Troy R.

The person who handled our pick up was rude and pushy. When my husband tried to drop off the trailer, the same guy snuck out so he wasn't able to return it with an actual person, and had difficulty using the app return option. I would choose a different location next time knowing this is the customer service.BRITTAN V.

I was assured that there wouldn't be additional fees, yet my account was debated another $60 for another day WHICH I DID NOT HAVE IT ANOTHER DAY. I had called and spoke to an agent at 11:00 letting them know my contract was the wrong time for departure and I was given until 4:00 to return within the 24 hours. I returned the truck at 3:30 and was charged an additional $60.:NOT HAPPY and will never use UHAUL again.Karyn C.

I returned my truck within my 4 hour window. The gas was full and when I got my bill they charged me extra saying my truck was not filled up and a service fee for not checking in online. I was told by the owner that once I returned the truck and dropped the key. That was it. I am so pissed that I will continue to tell everyone about how poorly Uhaul handles their customers and does not disclose proper information just to collect more money!Robin M.

The licence plate had one bolt missing and was just hanging down. I asked the young man if he knew it was like that before I took the trailer and he said yeah. With well maintained equipment, this would have been repaired. It would have only taken a few minutes from his mobile device time.Gregory S.
