I have used this location twice in the past month for helping move our daughter into an apartment. The gentleman working was personable and moved through the process quickly. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Daniel BThe employee was clueless about trailers to the point of not knowing sizes or what “axles” were. No help in hooking up trailer, basically told “there it is”. I have no issue hooking up a trailer but no offer was even made. The employees idea of a safety check was to take a picture. Never physically touched the hitch to verify anything was tight. I gasp to think how many trailers with inexperienced people have left their facility unsecured. Will not return to this location.
