Whoever called from Uhaul Corporate to change my reservation was not honest with me. I did not appreciate the deceit. I ordered a trailer with a ramp so I could use a dolly to haul furniture. They called to change the reservation on me (Not the location staff as they were honest) so I ended up without a ramp...Not nice. Beware of Uhaul calling you after you book online.
