The only issue I had was that I elected to take the insurance when I reserved online. When my husband went to pick up the hauler he was asked if he wanted the insurance but declined because he didn't know that I elected it. I don't understand why the reservation election wasn't automatic - otherwise I would have told him to take the insurance. Luckily we didn't need it, but it still would have given me peace of mind on a 1,000 mile drive.
