I felt truck should be upfront for customer to pick up. I had to walk thru lot looking for it and the lady told me license plate number, not truck number which of course, couldn't find. Representative was nice. Also, door locked when we returned with no sign on door. Another lady waiting also because they were supposed to meet at 1. Finally seen a sign on a windows closed for an 1.5 hours for lunch. Also ordered truck from Shell location and they don't carry trucks that big, then don't advertise that you are a uhaul pick up if you don't have all trucks.
