The rental office is literally a whole in the wall office. A senior citizen would not be able to hook up any rented trailer, and the office lady is not physically able to help, nor would care to do so. I will never go here again as I cannot hook up a trailer alone. This lack of service is not acceptable and not fair to your customers.
Michael GLess charge per mile, you rent the truck for 20.00 but your hook is the mileage charge…I paid more for the gas than for the rental, that’s backwards.
Winston MI used the do it yourself service but when I went to return my Uhaul it was awful. I was up charged like 20 miles and then I had to resubmit my pictures like 3 times and I selected to change my payment method and it loaded and loaded and loaded with the pictures until it like I said made me resubmit them and then when I went to go inside it all of a sudden said my pickup was complete so my payment method wasn’t changed and I was up charged.
