Less charge per mile, you rent the truck for 20.00 but your hook is the mileage charge…I paid more for the gas than for the rental, that’s backwards.

I used the do it yourself service but when I went to return my Uhaul it was awful. I was up charged like 20 miles and then I had to resubmit my pictures like 3 times and I selected to change my payment method and it loaded and loaded and loaded with the pictures until it like I said made me resubmit them and then when I went to go inside it all of a sudden said my pickup was complete so my payment method wasn’t changed and I was up charged.
