I arrived for my appointment, but their system was down, which caused some delays. Once everything was sorted out and it was time to pay, the price was nearly double what I had originally booked through the app. They were able to manually adjust it, but the final price was still higher due to my online reservation being for a car trailer, but when I arrived, I was given a tow dolly instead. One of the main reasons I chose the trailer was because I was not fully comfortable with attaching equipment and loading my car safely on my own. When it came time to load my vehicle, the staff simply told me to “strap it on and you’ll be good to go.” I understand they were busy helping other customers, and the staff was kind, but I received very little assistance and ultimately had to watch a video to figure it out myself, despite calling ahead of time and being told I would have help. Overall, the experience was a little disappointing due to being charged more than expected because I received the wrong equipment, and not getting adequate support with safely attaching and loading my vehicle.

WILLIAM DThe rental office is literally a whole in the wall office. A senior citizen would not be able to hook up any rented trailer, and the office lady is not physically able to help, nor would care to do so. I will never go here again as I cannot hook up a trailer alone. This lack of service is not acceptable and not fair to your customers.
