The location was nice. But the app check out & drop off was HORRIBLE! Due to the constant app crashing (even after uninstalling & reinstalling it multiple times) I was forced to contact customer service to avoid extra charges and incidentals. While also being forced to take pictures over and over again only for the app to erase them and crash. What should have been a 15 minute pick up and drop off experience turned into a 2 hour, 4 email and 2 phone call experience. The app needs fixed. I was informed many people in my area experienced the same issues. Not cool while not only on a time limit, but also being exposed to the elements (cold & rain) fighting to get the app to work!
