Excellent always easy to access never a problem
Anita OWas charged 10 extra dollars after returning truck, which I'm I'll confused about. I originally had it set to pick up in amherst next to my apartment, but then that was moved to a uhaul pick up across town. Then I was gonna return it to turners falls, as I was dropping furniture off in erving. But it was moved to drop off in greenfeild, which is farther away, costing extra mileage. I should not have to pay for extra mileage which I was did not plan for, but the circumstances changed upon me by the uhaul company.
Melinda DMy U-Haul experience in Greenfield was fantastic. My prior U-Haul experience in Hyannis, MA was absolutely horrible.
