This was one of the best U-Haul experiences I've had in Brooklyn. The vehicle was extremely clean, and the folks at the desk inside Storage Plus were easy and knowledgeable. I will likely only be using this location in the future.

Bryan SThe vehicle wasn’t spotless but it wasn’t filthy. They back had few things on the floor. However I worked with it because it wasn’t a big deal. However, I was charged a $25 for cleaning fee when it was their negligence to clean. Apparently this vehicle came in and wasn’t inspected well. Also what was I charged a safe move fee of $17? I need my refund. I want told about that.
