I would actually like to give this location an "average" rating since they did in fact have a car for us and pick-up was relativity easy but that was only AFTER our less than one star experience at the Williamsburg location. How do you not have any vans available (even though there were 4 sitting there, they were just returned vans that had not been processed because there is no office at that location to process the returns!!), and NOT tell the customer BEFORE they go on location that there are no vans available?? We were on a time crunch and because of this had an added expense of Ubering to the Greenpoint location which only had one van available. This was after several frustratingly long calls with customer service after the app just didn't work because no vans were available (did the app say this was the case? No, it just said there was an error with pick-up). Completely and utterly ridiculous, broken system that needs to be addressed immediately. Will never be renting a U-Haul ever again.
