Only went through there because it fit the time slot. Was a weird version of picking up and dropping off a uhaul.

MARIANNAROSE TThe add ons that I requested were not available at this location (dolly and furniture pads). Someone called me the day before, but I was unable to pick up and they did not leave a message, so I did not know about this until I went to return the vehicle. I wish I would have known because I would have figured something else out. Next time, I recommend leaving a voicemail and a text message or email to ensure the customer gets notified of this.
