First, I appreciate U-Haul contacting me and redirecting me to this location rather than going to the one on Gate City Blvd.,, notorious for its poor customer service. My experience with Cara at Elite was just that… Elite. Very friendly and informative, clearly explaining what I needed to do. She also made recommendations for the next time I needed a U-Haul. This is the only location in the region that I would ever consider using in the future and the only one I will recommend to anyone.
