The attendant at this location was very cordial, welcoming, knowledgeable, and service oriented! Excellent customer service attitude. I would definitely highly recommend this location to anyone. The equipment was clean inside and outside! However, the engine light stayed on for the entirety of the drive time. While en route, I called to report it to the attendant. She indicated that the U-Haul team was aware of the issue. Also, there appeared to be an intermittent grinding sound in the transmission. In spite of these two issues, we had no mechanical hinderances and slowdowns. Overall great experience!!!!

SAAMER ADuring the reservation online, I was able to schedule the truck for an 8 hour period, from 12-8pm. However, the site closes at 6pm. The manager was kind enough to give me his phone number to let him know if I was not going to be able to make it back. Also, I was able to select a dolly that the site did not have. Not that it was unavailable, rather they do not have them to rent. It seems like Uhaul needs to update their website to reflect the site’s hours of operation (and accordingly let customers select the right number of hours) and the supplies that each site owns. The check in process took longer than expected due to not having a dolly number to enter.
