Theresa DThe attendant at this location was very cordial, welcoming, knowledgeable, and service oriented! Excellent customer service attitude. I would definitely highly recommend this location to anyone. The equipment was clean inside and outside! However, the engine light stayed on for the entirety of the drive time. While en route, I called to report it to the attendant. She indicated that the U-Haul team was aware of the issue. Also, there appeared to be an intermittent grinding sound in the transmission. In spite of these two issues, we had no mechanical hinderances and slowdowns. Overall great experience!!!!
