COKOCHENEL EThe U-Haul App is a disaster! NO Customer service, transaction took too long, had to install App, was directed to drive behind gate to the truck only to find out the keys were located in the front of the building, and to top off things U-Haul is wanting a review before even get a receipt! I do not work for U-Haul and will never use these services again. Use real employees to conduct your business and don't make customers do your work. This is a lazy business approach that will turn long time customers like me away! I doubt anyone will read this, but if you do, please send me a receipt!
