No personnel, virtual only. Original drop off site had been changed, thru an email, unknown to me during my travels to my destination. Original site said they don't iteract or do the Uhaul rentals anymore but still have the signage and drop box in place. Changes need to be made to App lo Arizona, like removal of sites no longer participating.

The inside of the cargo area had a little trash and what looked like splashed muddy water in it. Not dirty enough for me to refuse the rental, but still not pleasant. Also, the fuel level was at 7/16 of a tank. With it being so low, it meant that I had to refuel while I was still in the middle of the move instead of being able to wait until the end so that I could get an accurate level. Since I had to estimate, I returned the truck with more fuel in the tank than when I rented it. Trucks should never be rented out with less than half a tank.
