3.5 hours waiting for someone to come (roadside assistance). The agent told me there was someone 6 miles away however BLACKVILLE is 1 HR away! phone numbers entered wrong it was a COMPLETE mess. WILL do all I can to avoid having to rent from UHAUL again. Nothing against the LOCATION i rented from just pure disdain for UHAUL and their roadside assistance. I would have gotten a quicker response from AAA. will share my experience with my social media followers.

The location was easy to find and the pick up process was smooth and quick.
PATRICK PThis location was fantastic, we ended up returning the vehicle after hours but returning the vehicle was easy and there were no complications. In addition, after returning the truck we realized that we forgot our new home's garage door opener which the owner had put aside for us to pick up. Overall, a fantastic experience when returning the vehicle.
Jamensen CThe truck was parked in the mud which in turn got my car muddy. The back of the truck was dirty I had to sweep it out before using it. The cab of the truck smelt like somebody threw up in it.
RONNIE SNobody was at tbe location i had to use the uhaul app to return. Also the parking lot they had is really small. Barely could maneuver the 26 foot truck and trailer.
