JEREMIAH AI was 3 hour later then I thought I would be and charged me 5 times the amount I payed for 6 hrs.With no explanation at all,had filled tank back up and mad sure it was as clean as I had gotten it.
DEBORAH LFor the most part the truck and trailer were clean and well maintained. The separate trailer that we rented had two bad wheel bearings and we blew a tire about 4 hours into the trip. The other tire had threads and belts coming out of it. We were able to trade it in after about a 3.5 to four hour delay. If a person renting a piece of your equipment doesn’t feel safe using it, trading it for another piece of the same equipment shouldn’t be so difficult.
