We did not actually interact with anyone as we dropped the vehicle off at night. But it was easy to do the drop off and put the key in the key slot.

I called ahead and to let the location know that I was going to be late and to make sure I was good for mobile pick up. When I arrived I was not able to start the rental. I called the corporate number and then I was waiting on hold for 30 minutes. I got tired of waiting and canceled the reservation and made a new one so I was able to rent the truck. This was a very bad experience!
