Scary, unkempt, disorganized location. Long wait with other people trying to retrieve towed cars. This was a very unpleasant experience.

The checkout process on my phone didn't work well for me as far as taking photos of the UHaul and they helped me and put notes in the rental agreement. The program kept crashing on my phone. The rest of the rental experience went off without a hitch. Thank you.
BRENDA HStaff was very helpful and assisted me with my pick up of the truck even though uhaul messed up and marked me for a self pick up/ check in. This wasn't the location I had made my booking for, but the staff was very nice.
