I reserved a cargo van, and when we drove off and started breaking, the wheel was shaking we then attempted to get on the highway at a little bit higher speed. It felt like the whole front end was going to fall off. The entire vehicle was shaking. we felt extremely unsafe in thick traffic as we weren’t. Sure if the wheel was going to come off or if the tires were gonna fly off so we had to drive around and we missed our cutoff time for the furniture pick up at the business hours intended. The overall experience was a waste of time and money as by the time we drove back to get a different van I still miss the cut off time window safety needs to be of U-Haul’s first importance and those vehicles are clearly not tested and insured because it would take nothing for those gentlemen to go test drive it and make sure they’re ready and safe. Clearly not a priority
