Did not have the reserved appliance hand truck, brakes need some work, difficult to get vehicle into reverse. The tank was not at half when picked up. All they did was blame U-Haul and it was not up to them to advise they didn’t have the appliance hand truck end up having to purchase one at 159. Less that 5 dollars worth of gas used. They charged us 18 and change. And would charge more kilometres for use to add more gas. It was not at 1/2 tank to begin with …
