The check oil was on i was concerned about that but they told me it was fine. I think they should be maintained better .The truck was clean but needed oil.

There was animal manure smothered on the floor that smelled really bad Return 5 mins later and was charge to switch out to another truck Very disappointed that the truck inspected They said it’s not there job to inspect
jamie rWhen I booked this rental, I specifically asked for pick up to be in My town( there was a few locations). I was notified the next day that I had to pick up in another town( which was extra miles). It also would be great if the owner of rental site was at location on time. He showed up 15 min late and without apologies. The app was lagging and by the time I was done, i wasted 45 minutes. The owner of the site wanted to charge me for 2 days as a I was 1/2 hour late? Gas tank was to be filled at an impossible level ( not full but 3/4 and abit?) extra 10 worth of gas went in and not intentional. A bit frustrating but vehicle we rented for 5 hours got the job done.
