The girl really didn’t know how to manage computer. It took too long to pick up and drop off computer wise She was unorganized The driver side mirrors on truck was very loose and most times I was driving a 15 ft without being able to see around or behind me. I noticed a bolt to hold it tight was missing. At times I had to have the window down and my arm out the window to hold the mirror in place because as soon as I adjusted it and then hit a bump in the road, it just flew back to the farthest position which meant I could see absolutely nothing driving a 15 foot truck

missing equipment that was rented, no indication that they wouldn't have the item...had no solution for me except take it off the bill. thanks, I can see why this has the lowest ratings in the area...

JULIO DTruck was very dirty, in the cab, on the windshield and in the back box area. The pickup time was later than scheduled as the truck was not available. I kept it only for the night and returned it right away the next morning because I couldn’t take how dirty it was. I was charged full price. I used an open trailer for the rest of my move and I will be looking at other options other than U-Haul in the future.
