They came outside to check the truck in unlike the place I picked it up from where I had to keep ringing a bell.

Lorie SSafety Labels were missing and Safety cables were rusted. There's a hole in the fender and the ratchets need replaced very soon due to wear and tear. Customer service was great at pickup location as well as U'Hauls phone assistance was amazing. Very Helpful and Understanding.
