Waymaker in Grove OK came through the same day after my initial pick up at Jesse James Tire in Jay OK FAILED to show up to work. So, no one there at pick up, no one answered the phone, no one called to say WHY they were not there at pick up. I believe U-Haul owes me 50.00 I went to Waymaker and was handled professionally and was able to continue my move as planned thanks to the kind gentleman at Waymaker. U-Haul should terminate Jesse James Tire as a dealer and commend Waymaker for coming through for the customer.
