Not related to this site but U-Haul overall. I booked a pickup in SLO, a short distance from where I was dropping off my hire car. You moved it to Grover beach. This added time to my overall day and cost me about 30 USD extra for the Uber I had to get.
David TFriendlier customer service. The older man who waited on us was not very friendly. This is a stressful situation already without having to deal with an unfriendly person.
