No dollys were available for a big move. Also the mobile pick up for 6:30am was not setup correctly so we had to switch to a site further away and wait for them to open.

The equipment I reserved online wasn’t there (motorcycle trailer), employee provided a substitute. The reason the motorcycle trailer wasn’t there is because someone rented the “local use@ trailer and took it to South Dakota. U-Haul never replaced it & it still shows as “available” online. The regional rep of Grover Beach won’t get the trailer replaced, and won’t get Grover Beach Dollie’s or moving blankets. The regional rep needs to get coached.

JOE ONot related to this site but U-Haul overall. I booked a pickup in SLO, a short distance from where I was dropping off my hire car. You moved it to Grover beach. This added time to my overall day and cost me about 30 USD extra for the Uber I had to get.
