How U-Haul Reviews WorkUnfortunately, the drop-off location was located on a street that had been torn-up for repaving. We were not made aware of this even though we called prior to dropping off. We had to circle around and found another U-haul truck parked a block over. We parked behind it and walked to the office. We left the keys with the attendant and he said he would take care of the rest. 4 days later we were contacted in regards to the U-haul wanting to know if we had returned it. This was very frustrating and required us to make multiple phone calls to resolve the issue. We discovered the truck had never been processed for return that Friday. When it was finally processed it said the return date was Sunday September 20 at 5:30p when in actuality it was returned on Friday September 18 at 3:30p. In the end the issue was resolved but it was upsetting during a stressful time.
Jessie MExcellent service and fast, the people working was very kind.
Gregory DThe check in was quick and easy and the young man that handed over the truck was super helpful. Shared a few tips about the roll up door and was very professional.
