Jerome GI was charged for the safe trip when I didn't choose it. I had to contact customer support to get a refund. The vehicle was good just the convenience store staff need a little more training. Or you could make the default setting that safe trip is not already selected.
Andy CI was told it was $0.99 per mile but was charged $1.75 per mile. The rental cost was outrageous and I will never be using your service ever again.
Sameer KEverything was great service wise however, they charged me $10 more than what the receipt said! I would like that to be refunded and need to know how to do that.
