Everything was great service wise however, they charged me $10 more than what the receipt said! I would like that to be refunded and need to know how to do that.

I had a really frustrating experience picking up my U-Haul from this location. From the start, the employee didn’t verify my name or reservation number, even though I clearly told him my name, and immediately started talking about items (like dollies) that were never part of my booking. When I pointed that out, it was brushed off. Even after I mentioned multiple times that something didn’t seem right, he continued processing the reservation without properly confirming my information. I had already checked in online, but he couldn’t find it and took a long time re-entering everything manually. The entire process took about 30 minutes, and even then, the details (like the drop-off time and phone number) didn’t match my reservation. Only after I insisted several times did he realize he was looking at someone else’s booking entirely. He mentioned there was a system glitch, which I understand can happen, but the bigger issue was not listening to the customer. I raised concerns early on, and it could have saved a lot of time and frustration if those concerns were taken seriously. Overall, very poor communication and attention to detail. I hope this location improves their verification process so other customers don’t go through the same experience.

Ansuelo II completed the online drop off procedures and went in to hand in my keys since there was no Dropbox outside as indicated. The guy at the desk had no idea what to do and spent 20+ minutes on the phone with someone walking him through it, even though I told him multiple times all of the photos etc had been submitted and the drop off paperwork completed (I even had the confirmation email). This employee was neither personable nor knowledgeable.
