The vehicle was extremely unsafe! i al shocked its on the road at all. transmission was slipping, couldnt move the driver seat it was rusted and check engine light was on entire time. wasn’t sure if it would die enroute! worst vehicle i have ever rented! Reported to the “kid”’at the cashier but likely didnt make a.note of it

Jerome GI was charged for the safe trip when I didn't choose it. I had to contact customer support to get a refund. The vehicle was good just the convenience store staff need a little more training. Or you could make the default setting that safe trip is not already selected.
Andy CI was told it was $0.99 per mile but was charged $1.75 per mile. The rental cost was outrageous and I will never be using your service ever again.
