The ladies at the front desk are liars and abusive to customers in order to not work. Even though U-Haul allows a person to add an authorized driver they forced me to remove this and changed my method of payment on file with the reservation. Then provided me with the shittiest U-Haul I’ve ever seen. It didn’t even have a gas cap which caused me greater fuel consumption on my trip. The interior was dirty and unclean with lighters left from the last smoking customer. Also, the main location I went too refused to offer me a one way even though I booked it in the app because they were more concerned about losing a vehicle in their fleet so they wasted my time sending me to an even shittier location. But the regional manager Dana is polite. Misinformation is not a business. It creates delusion and anxiety for customers and after 20 years using U-Haul. I am no longer a customer

BOBBY WThe younger lady came out screaming being unprofessional because I wasn’t parked in a parking space when I was looking at the 10ft U-Haul. But the older lady was sweet and helpful.
