We reserved the U-Haul over the phone. When we got to the U-Haul location we were told that we had to have the U-haul back by 12pm we only had 2hrs and 45 minutes to haul 3 loads ended up we only had time to move one load before we had to have the truck back so we took the truck back upset because we did not have the time we needed with the truck I ask the lady there why we weren't told over the phone we had to have it back by 12pm, I felt like I was being cheated out of my money. As I was asking the lady more questions, she changed her tone and ask how much time we needed we told her at least 4 more hrs. She said as long as we have it back by 3pm. I said to her why did we have to have it back by 12pm. She said they moved some things around and was able to let us have it till 3pm. I thought when you rented a U-Haul you at least had 24hrs to use the truck. If you all make up hours like the ones, we had the price should be lower. Turns out I had 4 loads instead of 3 but I will have to get someone else to haul the last load away. Not a happy customer.

First issue was that the Uhaul app and website were frequently down. Even when up, there were still issues. Then, I make a 4:30 reservation on Thursday July 3rd, because the website says they are open until 5 pm. Then I get an email, weeks later, saying that I've automatically been moved to a 24/7 pickup after hours because oddly, the website has been changed and now says they close at 4 pm. Well, I don't trust the after hours process, especially since Moving Out was closed on Friday, and having frequent problems with the website and app. If I had an issue after hours, I would have been without the Uhaul. So I had to make difficult arrangements to have the Uhaul picked up before closing on Thursday. I dropped off the Uhaul a day early, on Friday, because we were told that if it was brought back on Friday as opposed to Saturday, there would be a price break. Interesting then, that when I received my receipt, it stated that the vehicle was dropped off at 7:33 am on Saturday (which it wasn't, that's just when they opened and found the parked vehicle), and no price break was given. Literally a problem and a hassle, every step of the way.

Kimberly GI hate not having a staff member on hand to take ownership and sign off on the condition of the equipment. I hate having to waste time taking all the time taking tons of pictures only to get a random charge a day later for something as stupid as "dust in the bed". Staff your locations!
