The Lady running the place needs HELP!!!!!! She said she just went through a U-Haul Inspection & Passed; however, she had keys in a pile on the floor, 4 stacks of LP's (45's) & a stack of 33's on the counter as your 1st walking in. She seemed overwhelmed with dealing with the entire property, the death of her mother, moving to FL from OK, her personal health issues (as she told me about her recent Hospitalizations with her UTI's [WAY TOO MUCH INFO!!!]). Professionalism 101 was not present at all. I had to tell her what truck numbers she had on site, go get the keys from inside the truck & correct her on the mileage (by around 200 miles) & fuel level (a difference of 1/2 a tank)!
