I got the uhaul dirty and i actually left it cleaner then i recieved the rental and i got charged 100 and now its a process to get the refund so im a little annoyed that on my end i left the tank on full and got charge a 15 $ fee for safemode that i never asked for.
CRYSTAL ACheckin was very quick and easy. The truck was in great condition.
GREGORY MRep was very rude and appeared to be racist
GUILLERMO YI expected to pick up in person at one location but was notified that I was to pick up in Hales Corners. Nobody was there at my pick up time and when the clerk returned she was not respectful at all. Short and rude in response. When she finally agreed to help us that cost was not what I had expected until I helped her correct it.
