Clean up the checking in and checking out process. We've rented 2 trucks in the past couple of months, each time we had a lot of difficulty. The location check would not work, the qr code was even difficult. It made the process very difficult and stressful. I loved the ease of booking online, I had no issues at all so if the physical drop off and pick up was easier, it would make a huge difference in overall satisfaction.
