Reserving the trailer was a difficult process due to the online system reporting the trailer as not available though it was on site, with no other reservations. The staff tried, but the rental required repeated returns to the store to complete the process.

ITs nt Tina fault or kings fault but I waited over an hour in an because uhaul system wasn't working properly . I rented a 15 foot received a 10 foot and arrived 945 as I was told would be ready by then and didn't get out of there until 11:00am . Uhaul System not workin computer . Uhaul help line phoned and no help at all. She phoned two different numbers and no one would help her or us . A secondary employee was called in to help me and I finally got my pick up .

It's a convenient location for county residents close to Kingsville. I will certainly rent from them again. Staff were friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. The truck was ready when I arrived and it only took a few minutes to process the paperwork and I was on my way.

My reservation wasn't on file. The regional uhaul manager called me the next day asking me if I had returned the truck which I had the day before. He then told me that for some reason neither system was showing up a reservation and makes it look like the truck the stolen. Then he told me I needed to pay an extra $5.65 environmental fee (which I had already paid online) in order to close out the account and if it isn't paid I would be sent to collections. Which makes no sense because he just told me he couldn't see a confirmed reservation. When asked if he was going to reimburse me the 5.65 he was hesitant and proceeded to tell me “it's only $5”. When telling him that isn't the point this is the company's problem not mine because the truck has been paid for, returned, and refueled and asked him for the company to pay for it he said he couldn't. I highly do not recommend uhaul or paying online.

your mileage rate is simply, not attractive. n my opinion, some of us pay for abusive drivers, as they drive like is the end of the world. Damage to the outer structure is another indication. Too many drawbacks to now factor into using your service. I found that I can hire a driver/helper for 300 /day inclisive of 100 km. The convenience store lady was cordial, even though she was minding the cash register and accepting a dairy shipment, so it took 30 minutes to complete the return. My Son rented U Haul the same day in Etobicke, He was blatantly lied to by the rep and had to scramble to find a truck in Scarborough. 2.5 hrs late, lost his window time for the condo elevator. U Haul ineptitude is obvious, just offering a credit for free kms, didnt make a dent in the chaos created by...your representatives. True Story.Maybe Enterprise should buy you?

The 10 foot cargo van was fantastic the truck was an excellent drive and the cargo area was clean and the finish of the inside of the cargo van is excellent. Great engine and great breaks the only thing that I wish the truck had was was Cruise control. Staff were excellent King's convenience

I would never recommend the petro location in leamington They didn't have what I ordered and then they said it wasn't their problem.

The operator at the King's location was not knowable concerning the rental procedure. In fact, he made a phone to get help from someone at the service station next door. Also, he did NOT inspect the truck before giving me the keys. The 15' box truck was filthy inside the cab and in the storage box. No walk-around inspection was done either. Being a first time U-Haul renter, I had little knowledge of the rental procedure and felt the authorized retailor should have been more competent and professional concerning the rental.


The only issue I had was not knowing this vehicle I could not know how big a gas tank and had to estimate it on how much gas it would use. It was new year's eve and knowing there would be issued filling it late in the evening I had to fill it up in Sarnia it was to be returned with 3/4 tank of gas . I returned it full which was approx $25 the to $30 extra in the tank. I asked about a credit for this and was told no.

Vehicle was rented with a burned out headlight which prompted being stopped by police and told no to drive it until it is fixed. We then parked the vehicle to the next morning....but lost out on moving in the evening.

No parking. Too small.


Ensure the proper size of the vehicle requested is available. I reserved a 10 foot on July 20 and on September 1 was given at 20 foot truck. I thought I had planned well enough in advance to secure my choice. I know I payed a lot more for gas with the bigger truck.


The guy tried to skeve me on the gas and I left my bluetooth in the truck and they claimed it was gone and the truck had been rented again. So why didn't they call the people that rented the truck after me? I found the owner dishonest.
