It feels like no one from uhaul has actually tested the rental process through the app. Even these questions about the location assume I went inside and talked to someone.

WILLIAM MThe truck was easy to get to, but their app is terrible. It is so slow sat at the location for over 20 minutes, trying to get into the app because the location settings are impossible to set because the app just kept freezing up. The key combination which our letters to get into their box to pick up the keys is so stupid tricky it took me 10 minutes to figure that out, and I even had to call and then the guy says oh they’re a little tricky. You gotta do this this and this so after we did all that stuff it actually worked. It’s just so much easier to pick it up when the store is open which I highly suggest.
