Very rude unprofessional and literally wanted a physical confrontation. Tried to return vehicle with uhaul app and it would not let me. Nobody at the drop off point to ask for help. Came back the next day and he was irate and completely aggressive. Shared email with local manager Jason Woroniecki and he basically blew me off. Thankfully there are other options for my business when we need a truck for our next move. Completely unacceptable.
