How U-Haul Reviews WorkCharged me for 3 gallons of gas when I drove the van 7 total miles. Called corporate and was refunded some money. They were not helpful when I tried to call and discuss how using 3 gallons for 7 miles was nearly impossible. They were not rude but were also not friendly. Will not be going back to that location. I’ll drive a few extra miles to get honest service.
