The owner was very professional and knowledgeable. Unit was ready to go upon arrival and check in was easy. Will definitely rent from this location again.
BRANDY MI booked, via in person w/ owner, and HE scheduled the WRONG size trailer INTENTIALLY! while bragging the level of revenue he generates and said IF I wanted the requested trailer, I would have to go to ANOTHER location to pick up. I CHANGED that reservation on the web site to the trailer I WANTED and requested from the OWNER! Two days before my reservation, I received and email stating my reserved trailer would NOT be available until 3 hours after my reservation time. When I arrived at the "new" time the location was closed and NOT attended! I waited an additional 3 hours for a call stating the office was manned, Upon arrival, I waited an additional hour to "pay" for my rental, even though I had hooked up the trailer myself. These actions delayed my travel departure by 6+ hours, forcing me to travel on poorly marked rural, mountainous roads populated by game animals, after dark!

RICK BGreat location and the guy was excellent to work with (I ran late and he accommodated me. I very much appreciate that. There were leftover rocks in the trailer from someone else.
