Worst interaction ever! Stay away!!! The truck was filthy and loaded with dog hair. Supplies were not loaded on truck, had to load myself. The lock box was broken and malfunctioning. When I chatted with local owner. He was an ass. Didn’t appreciate the business and basically told me I could rake my business elsewhere. Should not be representing U-Haul and will infirm everyone I come into contact with.

KIOWA OThe location was fine, the gentleman I worked with was very kind and professional. My comment is for U-Haul rather than this location - the cost for this truck was grossly over-priced. I needed to get this move done, so I had no choice but to pay the egregiously high amount, but I am very disappointed in U-Haul.
RANDAL WCouldn't make it to reservation time. Then kept pushing back later and later. Ended up waiting around 3 hours. Wouldn't have minded if they were upfront about the time from the start.
