The location was fine, the gentleman I worked with was very kind and professional. My comment is for U-Haul rather than this location - the cost for this truck was grossly over-priced. I needed to get this move done, so I had no choice but to pay the egregiously high amount, but I am very disappointed in U-Haul.
RANDAL WCouldn't make it to reservation time. Then kept pushing back later and later. Ended up waiting around 3 hours. Wouldn't have minded if they were upfront about the time from the start.
