We would definitely NOT recommend this U-Haul location to anyone! We returned the vehicle 10 minutes before it was due, clean and with a full tank. After waiting in line to return the keys personally, we discovered when the receipt was sent electronically that we had been charged for an extra DAY of rental (and insurance) because the person at the counter didn't record the vehicle as returned until 6 minutes after the time it was due - even though we were standing in line waiting for 15+ minutes! On top of that, he charged us a $25 cleaning fee!! When we called to ask about all these extra charges, he explained the cleaning fee was because there was a zip tie left in the truck - ONE ZIP TIE!! Do NOT use this location unless you want to be scammed.

Maybe recommend with another person helping me. The employee did not want to go out and look at the truck when I brought it in around 2:15PM (per my contract). Which I thought was odd. Just asked for the keys and said Uhaul would send an email. I received an email receipt the next day charging me for an extra day of rental and insurance coverage for $72.80 saying I returned the truck a day late. I called Uhaul and they indicated that I had returned the truck on time and they would reimburse my credit charge. Perhaps it was just a misunderstanding.
Rick BJames was a huge help! Great customer service. We originally rented two trucks, then determined late in the day we needed a trailer to finish our out of state move. James went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We appreciated his help.
