Very disappointed! It was hard to get the key to turn in ignition. Had to get my son, who was helping me move, to start the van. Then the gears/shifting/response was really jerky and it made me nervous to drive. Not all renters of your vans/trucks are men. Also, no padding or tie down straps were included. Worst U-Haul rental experience I’ve had!
