How U-Haul Reviews WorkEverything was quick and easy but to bad you have to use Cash or. Credit card. As I only had debit visa. This should be a option at these locations as it is at the U-Haul stores
Tammy YThe location I reserved with was changed and I confirmed that I was able to drop off at the location I preferred even if the pick up location had to change. Got a call indicating that the truck was not registered as having been dropped off. Attendant did not check in the return/drop off.

ANNIE PI paid $91 at pickup for smallest truck. I drove it 10km in total and was then charged another $37 upon return. I asked for the reason why so much without any explanation. The manager came and told me I used an eighth of a tank I said that's impossible and he responded with 'not my f****** problem ' and walks away. I won't return.
